In most metropolitan and regional areas, a technician who is a specialist in Haier appliances and part of our franchised network, provides services and repairs on Haier appliances.
Our franchise network covers the following locations:
- Auckland: North to Silverdale, Dairy Flat, Albany, Whenuapai, Waitakere, Bethels Beach. South to Orere Point, Hunua, Drury. Does not include Waiheke Island.
- Hamilton: Metropolitan area
- Rotorua: Metropolitan area.
- Tauranga: Omokoroa to Papamoa.
- Napier Hastings: Metropolitan and surrounding area.
- Wellington: North to Upper Hutt, Porirua. Waikanae South to Wellington Central, Wainuiomata.
- Christchurch: Christchurch central. North to Brooklands, Kainga, Belfast. West to Templeton, Prebbleton. South to Halswell, Governors Bay, Lyttleton.
- Dunedin: Dunedin central. North to Port Chalmers, Sawyers Bay. West to North Tairei, Wylies Crossing, Allenton, Mosgiel.
Areas not covered by our Franchisee network will be covered by an Authorised Service Centre.
