Unfortunately, it's not possible to add an appliance to an existing order. You will need to place another order for your additional appliance in-store.

All deliveries must be handled by our approved delivery partners to ensure safe and secure handling of your appliance.
If your appliance is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect model, please contact the Fisher & Paykel MSD Helpline on 0800 673 424 or by email to msdsupport@haier.co.nz . Fisher & Paykel will arrange a replacement at no cost and will arrange delivery with you.
If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong appliance, please contact the Fisher & Paykel MSD Helpline. Fisher & Paykel will arrange return of the product and provide a refund back to MSD less the restocking fee. See the full terms and conditions here .

For appliances still under warranty, there should be no charge. In the event the issue is not a genuine fault (for example, user damage), a service fee will apply. Should a service fee apply, and you want to pay using your MSD Card, please ensure MSD has loaded your card with the appropriate funds beforehand.

Yes, if the delivery address is the same on the order, and the recipient is over 18 years of age.
No, we are unable to make any order changes once the order is placed by the retailer. We may be able to cancel your order if the appliance hasn't been picked up by our delivery partners. You will then need to go back to the retail store to place a new order.

You will need to contact MSD to load the grant amount prior to purchasing or scheduling a service.
Overloading
Try separating out larger items from smaller items.
Try washing smaller load sizes.
Try shaking out laundry items before putting them into the washing machine and load as loose parcels.
Underloading
Try reducing water level. Washing with too much water can cause the clothes to tangle around one another.
Incorrect cycle for load type selected
Gentler cycles can help reduce tangling. Try using the DELICATE (if applicable) cycle if necessary.
Wash sheets on their own using the DUVET or HEAVY (if applicable) cycle.
Wash load not balanced
Load items loosely and individually into the washer (ie not folded). Ensure items are spread evenly.
Delicate items
Wash delicate items (e.g. pantyhose, bras) in a mesh laundry bag.
Wash your most valued items on the DELICATE (if applicable) cycle.
Temperature control – fridge
Try lowering the temperature using the internal display panel inside the fridge section.
Food quantity
If you have recently placed a large amount of food in the fridge, keep the door closed and give it time to return to temperature. Make sure that no food has been placed in front of the air outlets at the back of the fridge, as this will inhibit air flow into the compartment.
Door seals
Check the seals around the internal edge of the door/drawer for wear and tear. If they need to be replaced, contact our Customer Care team.
Remove ice from inner walls
Try removing ice with a plastic or wooden scraper.
Defrost
Try turning your freezer OFF at the power supply. Put a towel down on the floor to protect your floor from any water damage. Once defrost is complete turn power supply
