Great service! I placed an order, and got a call because the model I had ordered would take two weeks to arrive, but there was another model, that was better value, and the same price that could be delivered within a few days. I really appreciated that attention and support because my old machine had died and the washing was piling up waiting for the new machine.

Haier front loader washing machine
Great washing machine, my first front loader but the instructions were easy to follow. Runs nice and quietly and lots of preset options for different cycles. Also gives you the option of controlling temperature and spin rate yourself which is handy. Overall I am very impressed and will continue to purchase Haier products!

Excellent washing machine however it moves quite a bit when spinning. Have tried quiet feet but will need to look at other options. Other than this we really do enjoy the new machine

Good Machine
The only problem we had was when the machine was delivered the instructions stated that there was a panel that when onto the bottom of the machine. There was not one in the packaging. When we asked the shop we purchased the machine from they had trouble trying to source the item. When they finally got one it didn’t fit. So we operate the machine without this plate.

Super Quiet

Excellent affordable machine
Really happy with our purchase, the machine was affordable and does a great job in washing clothes. If there is one thing I could change it would maybe be the size, I find I can’t wash all my king sheets and mattress protector in the same wash but other than that it’s a great machine!

First time I’ve owned a front loader. Great machine, cleans well. Choice of different loads. However the barrel is definitely smaller than you would think so I feel like I’m doing more washing.
