it works, which is not astonishing after using it 3 times. However do not expect perfect, for example there is a slot to fill in washing powder for prewash, as offered by Miele. However there is no such programm as prewash. And if you choose "speed up" it will slow down by double the time. However it works.

Good quality for a good price!
Was worried that it wouldn’t be big enough but it has been perfect for our family of 5. The spin cycle is not too noisy and the clothes come out feeling almost dry, which is great!

I love it !!
My first ever front loader and was a little concerned. But I have zero regrets.
So many functions and settings for every cycle you could need. Love there is a quick 15 minute cycle to just freshen up a few items.
Variable temperatures and spin speed make it easy to set up the perfect wash.
First self heating machine ( I know how sad am I). Nice that it uses loads less water than a toploader. You don't have to think too much about the cost of running it.
Totally convinced I get a much better wash, not needing to use as much presoaking or stain remover on my clothing. Socks come out perfectly clean with no extra effort.
I am buying the Haier Drier next !

While it's too early to tell the longevity of this machine, it's quiet, sleek, and does the job. The two guys that delivered and installed this for me were also absolutely fabulous. I bought this based on the price and previous reviews, and I'm happy with that decision.

Works well once setup
Works well and very quiet. Only has connection for cold water and heats it internally. A lot of work to remove shipping stabilization bolts and insert noise dampening.

Great for daily use
This machine has been excellent value for money. As some other reviews have said, it is heavy and the spin cycle is noisy, but no worse than I'd expect and not as noisy as our old machine, the noise was reduced once the machine was level. Washes great, easy to use. Cycles are longer than expected but the 15 min quick cycle is good for last minute items.
