Economical compact machine
For a smaller machine it is very efficient and easy to use. We have a restricted space in our laundry area and it fits easily. Gentler on clothes as no agitator.

Plenty of trouble
I'm about to go into battle again with this machine. Replaced within 2 weeks coz wouldn't spin properly. Can only use liquid in it otherwise residue on everything. Doesn't spin out properly. Won't fill with just hot water etc etc. Now it will not spin at all and only used for 3 years grrrrr

Terrible machine
This is the worst product I have ever bought in my life. It is constantly unbalancing even on a small load. One sock out of place and it will stop and beep. The clothes become tangled and a total mess. The only thing good about this machine is the nice soft closing lid. Also shame there is no fabric softener compartment.

No compartment for conditioner
Washes ok, however no compartment for conditioner. Who the hell needs to wait for the precise time of last rinse , so to pour conditioner inside. Plus the time of last rinse changes depending on the wash load, water level chosen, mode of washing chosen. Rediculous machine

A great smaller washing machine.
The performance is excellent and it’s quite quiet, which is good as it’s placed near my kitchen. I’m happy that there is no central agitator to tangle up the laundry, and its smaller size meant I could fit it in my small laundry area.

Single most horrendous brand I’ve ever dealt with, two washing machines in less than a year and both failed. The draining mechanism stops working. Please do not buy these machines

Cheaply made
It does the job, but the netting in the filter is cheaply made and can't be taken out easily. The annoying end of cycle beep can't be turned off (a nuisance if you have a wash ending late). The detergent compartment is leaking as soo as you put the detergent in(again, what's the point of delayed wash if by the time it starts, all detergent will dribble on the top piece of clothing?) We got it for an OK price, but I wouldn't pay a cent more for it.

Bought the 8kg....I willnever buy another washing machine without a middle agitator...all the clothes get entangled...continues to fill on and off each fill cycle making the pipes in the wall bang throughout the house....each wash I have to fill manually (holding down the water level button) regardless how many items I am washing

Good product for the price.
The only thing that is annoying to me is that it stops spinning when it senses the load is unbalanced. I think the sensor may be too sensitive as it stops a little too often.

Excellent Small Washer
I purchased this washing machine primarily based on the smaller size and light weight as it was a for an older retired family member. For a smaller low cost machine it does everything you expect. The soft close lid is a nice touch and the controls are easy to use. So far it runs really well. I made sure to get it nice and level and haven't had any problems with vibration and noise. The owner is really happy with it and has used it a number of times in the 3 weeks since we bought it. I would recommend this washing machine for people who small loads of washing. Perfect for individuals or couples.
