Information on how to enter the draw to be into win 1 of 3 $100 Prezzy® Virtual Cards forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised.
This promotion is only open to individuals who are New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, are ineligible for this promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister or 1st cousin.
To enter the promotion and be eligible to go into the draw to win, you must, during the Promotional Period, complete the entry form and sign up for the Haier newsletter during the Promotional Period by opting-in to receive marketing communications with a valid email address. You are not permitted to use any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows you to automatically enter or enter repeatedly and you are responsible for any associated costs such as internet access.
The promotion commences NZST 12.01am 1st January 2024 and closes 11.59pm NZST 30th June 2024 (Promotional Period). You will be entered in the draw for the month you signed up to the newsletter in. The prize draw will take place in the first week of the following month. You must still be signed up to the Haier newsletter at the time the prize draw occurs. You will not be entered into subsequent monthly draws.
Entries must be received within the Promotional Period. Entries received outside this period will be ineligible.
All valid entries received within the Promotional Period will go in the draw to win the prize.
The monthly winners will be the first three valid entries drawn at random. Each prize is a $100 Prezzy® Virtual Card.
Winners will be notified by the Promoter contacting them through email. The Promoter may also announced on the Haier New Zealand Facebook or Instagram page. Winners will need to send an email to haier.promotionsnz@fisherpaykel.com with the winner's contact details including full name, mailing address and phone number. This will enable the Promoter to supply their prize and will be deemed to be acceptance of the Prize. If the winner does not accept the prize within seven (7) days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to award any forfeited prize to another eligible entrant.
Terms and conditions apply to the use of Prezzy® Virtual Cards and can be found at www.prezzycard.co.nz . Redemption of the Prezzy® Virtual Card is subject to the Prezzy® Virtual Card terms and conditions, including any expiry date. Any unused balance of the Prezzy® Virtual Card after the expiry date will not be awarded as cash.
The Prezzy® Virtual Cards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Prezzy Card.
Winners take the prize at entirely their own risk and indemnify the Promoter and any retailers and suppliers associated with this promotion in respect of any claim for accident, injury, property damage or loss they may incur in connection with the prize.
The Promoter will not be liable for any prize that is lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged and will not replace them.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions without notice, to modify, reschedule or terminate the promotion or to modify or extend the closing date and criteria of the promotion at its discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any person who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
The Promoter's decision is final on all matters related to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected or illegible entries. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt by the Promoter or its agents.
If any part of the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant; or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents), Facebook and Instagram exclude all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected; (d) any variation in prize value; (e) any tax liability incurred by a entrant; or (f) participation in the promotion or use of a prize.
By entering the promotion, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for his/her name and image to be used for publicity purposes by the Promoter in printed and/or online formats anywhere in the world without the need for further approval or compensation and for an unlimited period of time.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. If for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion.
The Promoter (or its associated or affiliated companies or third parties who have licensed its brands to the Promoter or contributed to the application) (Content Owner) own or license from third parties all application content. All application content remains the sole property of the applicable Content Owner and is protected under all relevant copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. Nothing on the application should be construed as granting any license or rights to use or distribute any application content, without the Promoter's express written agreement or of the other applicable Content Owner.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to Prezzy Card suppliers and any other suppliers associated with this promotion and as required, to regulatory authorities, or use such information to contact the entrant in relation to this promotion. The entry is conditional on providing this information. If the entrant marks the applicable box, the Promoter may use the entrant's personal information for the purposes specified at the time of collection. Entrants should direct any requests to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter. These Terms and Conditions are deemed to incorporate our privacy policy and by entering the promotion, you accept the terms and conditions of our privacy policy.
